Flow, peace and joy - we all deserve it. We can all have it.
These weekly drop in sessions are suitable for those who just want to find some inner peace, as well as for those who want to gently begin to explore the spiritual side of life.
Each week through guided meditation and discussion we’ll look at a step that will help you find flow, peace and joy in your life. Guided meditation, while powerful, is not about disciplining the mind but about engaging the imagination to help you to change in a more supportive, gentle way.
I know these steps work because I had to use them to rebuild my life when it came crashing down after I two heart attacks in a week at 43. I went searching for a deeper meaning to life, the truth beyond the everyday that I’d experienced. I had to journey inside me to discover how to truly live instead of merely exist.
Now I know we can leave the pain behind and live in joy. Right, here, right now, in the middle of the everyday stresses and chaos you can reclaim your birthright. You can find that inner peace. You can connect with your higher guidance.
How do you do it? Breath by breath, step by step, day by day, by taking the small actions that change your perspective and move you towards the authentic life you’ve always dreamed of.
The simple miracles you do for yourself are what will change your life. Week by week we’ll walk gently down the path together and watch the miracles unfold.
